HOANG GIA INTERNATIONAL JOINT STOCK COMPANY, also known as Royal Ha Long Hotel, was established under the business license with Business Registration Number: 5700102119, issued by the Business Registration Office, Department of Planning and Investment of Quang Ninh province, Vietnam, on July 1, 2008 (hereinafter referred to as “Royal Ha Long Hotel”).

Royal Ha Long Hotel may disclose personal data to third parties, such as Royal Ha Long Hotel employees who are authorized to access personal data, business units and partners (agents, resort brands, car rental companies, bank card companies, etc.), service providers or accommodation service partners to perform service provision contracts (bookings and accommodations, customer support and care services, loyalty programs, statistical analysis, etc.), to fulfill Royal Ha Long Hotel’s legal obligations (ensuring security and safety of accommodation, information on the number of guests staying, etc.), to exercise Royal Ha Long Hotel’s legitimate interests (direct marketing from Royal Ha Long Hotel or from Royal Ha Long Hotel’s partners, etc.) and for the purpose of providing you with the best services.
Royal Ha Long Hotel or any other hotel/resort brand may be required to provide information by competent public authorities (customs, immigration, police, etc.) such as to complete mandatory entry procedures or for the purpose of preventing and combating terrorism and other serious crimes. – Rights to access
You have the right to request Royal Ha Long Hotel to confirm, at any time, that certain of your personal data is processed by Royal Ha Long Hotel, as well as to request Royal Ha Long Hotel to provide certain other information such as the type of data processed, the purposes of the processing and the recipients or categories of such data.
– Right to edit
You have the right to request Royal Ha Long Hotel to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information relating to you.

Terms 9. Technical measures to protect personal data

To ensure the safety of personal information from risks of loss, leakage, falsification or any others, Royal Ha Long Hotel staff uses the following technical, management and physical equipment measures:
1. Important personal information is stored and managed under password protection within limited access.
2. Understanding the risks of cyber attacks, the possibility and severity of the damage that can be caused to individual rights and freedoms, Royal Ha Long Hotel commits to:
  • Protect customers’ personal information from leakage or damage caused by cyber attacks or computer viruses;
  • Control suspended access system and unauthorized access from outside;
  • Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of appropriate security including pseudonymization and encryption of personal data;
  • Ensure the security, integrity, availability and resilience of information processing systems and services;
  • Restore availability and access to personal data on time when disapearing a physical or technical failure;
